ABOUT KITCHEN #2

• Our kitchen is 1000 square feet with a private bathroom.

• The design is a mix of vintage, modern, and industrial.

• We have combined the functionality of a commercial kitchen (30 feet of butcher block and stainless steel work tables, metal counter stools, and every possible piece of cooking equipment) tempered with the warmth of home (rich colors, wooden farm tables, glass and enamel lighting fixtures, 2 massive skylights).

• We have a 6-burner electric cooktop (cast-iron plates) plus a separate Vulcan convection oven (for 5 half-sheet pans).

• We have comfortable seating for up to 24 people in the dining room.

• For non-seated events, up to 35 is most comfortable.

• Rentals include all linens (dishtowels, aprons) and the use of all kitchen equipment and servingware.

LOCATION

Our kitchen studio is at 158 Grand Street (corner of Lafayette) in New York City, on the SoHo / Chinatown border.

RATES

• 1000 square feet with a private bathroom

• Accommodates up to 24 seated / 35 standing

• 6-burner cooktop (cast-iron plates) plus a separate Vulcan convection oven (for 5 half-sheet pans).

• $225/hour; 5-hour minimum. 8-hour day rate is $1400.

• $150 cleaning fee (includes dishes, glassware + cookware)
